Product Design

We take the RDM-PRO Software from a concept into a finished product. Housing, interfaces, branding and how the unit sits in your luminaire or system — all designed so the electronics, thermal path and user experience work as one. You get a complete design package ready for tooling and production, not a board in a generic box.

Circuit Design

We design the electronics around high-power COB and RGBW loads: power stages, protection, isolated DMX/RDM, EMC, and layout for long cable runs. Whether you need a standard board or a new circuit for your voltage and channel count, you receive production-ready schematics and PCB files.

Software Design

RDM-PRO is our own RDM software — more than address setting and a few PIDs. We customize the core for your product: protected access levels, telemetry, LED behaviour, dimming logic and manufacturer-specific RDM functions. Your devices stay compatible with standard DMX/RDM and gain the extras your customers actually need.

Production

We can take an approved design through to built units. Board assembly, programming, testing and housing — at the quality level of our own ARCPROLED controllers. You receive tested hardware with rdm-pro loaded, so you can ship without building a new production line first.

PWM SETUP

Set PWM lanes, maximum wattage per channel, PWM frequency, LED voltage, and allowances for cable length so the drive settings match the real load.

VOLTAGE DROP COMPENSATION

In large centralized installations, cable voltage drop changes brightness and color mix along the run. RDM-PRO can compensate so fixtures at the start and end of a line stay consistent.

Color Balance

Different color bins and replacement LEDs can be aligned with the color-balance system—manually or with a Bluetooth photo sensor—so mixed stock still produces one color mix.

ERROR MONITORING

Project parameters can be entered once; the monitoring system then helps detect errors and support troubleshooting.

REMOTE ACCESS

Projects can be accessed remotely to check errors and adjust settings without being on site.

COMMISSIONING PROTOCOLS

RDM-PRO can generate installation protocols for handover and final approval, and keep a baseline so brightness and color changes can be tracked over the years.

What is RDM-PRO ?

RDM-PRO is a multi-level Remote Device Management system for large-scale installations of high-power COB LEDs and LED modules. It was developed primarily to solve the practical problems of RGBW and other full-color fixtures: bin-to-bin variation, mixed production lots, module replacement, and long-term color drift.
ANSI E1.20 RDM already defines far more functions than most manufacturers implement. RDM-PRO Software uses that unused headroom. It extends the number of settings and device parameters that can be read and written over the same DMX/RDM link, while remaining compatible with standard RDM controllers.
